High accuracy of Air Micro Switch
Metrol’s Air Micro Switch has " high-accuracy diaphragm" for pressure-sensitive element.
The “precision positioning switch” detects a “slight movement of diaphragm” by the difference between the internal pressure in A and that in B chamber and determines OK/NG, and the high accuracy can be demonstrated.
*The conventional air sensors use “pressure-sensitive element” and the amp amplifies and detects the signal, therefore, the signal set position are variable due to temperature drift.
