Thai Vice Minister of Industry Visit Metrol

Mr. Pramode, a Thai Vice Minister of Industry came to Japan the other day for "Japan-ASEAN business meeting" organized by SME Support Japan.
Despite the tight schedule, he visited Metrol just before his flight back to Thailand.

Factory Tour

Mr. Pramode looking at "Tool Setter for CNC machine tools" which has the largest market share in the world.

Our factory manager explains that our switches/ sensors are made by hand, one by one.
There are more than 7,000 kinds of switch components and 700 switches including options.

Some of the switches are so small that Vice Minister had to take off his glasses to see them.

He looked surprised and impressed how bright and clean is inside the factory.
Also, he said " It's nice to see lots of charming women working!"

Metrol will keep making efforts in contributing more in developing industry in Thailand through our switches/sensors.
