Dear Customers

Thank you very much for your continued support.

At our company, we are constantly striving to develop and improve products that meet our customers' needs. However, as we review and expand our product design, we have encountered cases where it is difficult to restore product quality through the traditional repair process when responding to product failures.

Therefore, we would like to inform you that we will be reviewing the products eligible for repair and the repair process, and we will be introducing a new form of "maintenance replacement" in addition to repairs, as detailed below.
This revision will take effect on April 1, 2025.

Please note that for issues caused by our company, we will continue to respond as we have in the past.

Products Eligible for Repair

These products will continue to be eligible for repair as before.

  • DPA Series (Air Gap Sensors)
  • E2A Series (Wired Touch Probes for Cylindrical Grinding Machines)
  • K3E Series (Touch Probes for CNC Machine Tools)
  • K3M Series (Touch Probes for CNC Robots)
  • T Series (Tool Setters for Machining Centers)

Products Eligible for Maintenance Replacement

These products will be exchanged for new ones instead of being repaired.

  • DFM Series (Tool Breakage Detection Sensors)
  • K3S Series (Wired Compact Touch Probes for Machine Tools)
  • RC-K3X Series (Wireless Touch Probes for Machine Tools)
  • RC-P10DX Series (Wireless Touch Switches for Lathes)

Products NOT Eligible for Repair

These products CANNOT be repaired.

  • Touch Switch Series (excluding RC-P10DX)
  • P21 Series (Compact Tool Setters for Machining Centers, Flat Type)
  • H Series (Tool Setters for Lathes)

Repair Support Period

The period for repair and maintenance replacement is less than 7 years from the date of manufacture.
However, we may be unable to accept requests due to reasons such as the end of support or the discontinuation of maintenance parts.

Repair Support Period

Products less than 7 years from the date of manufacture.

In light of the recent increase in material and labor costs, we will also be revising the repair prices for some products.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
