The "+NG/OK/ -NG 3-class judgment good/failure function" enables significant cost reductions in the inspection process by determining the inner diameter of the workpiece.
Replaces "time-consuming pin gauges" and "expensive air micrometers" for determining the inside diameter after drilling, contributing to time saving and cost reduction.

Main Challenges

  • Reduce the time required to measure inside diameters using pin gauges and cylinder gauges.
  • Automate bore inspection (fool-proofing) at low cost.
  • Eliminate variation in measurement results from one worker to another, and make performing borehole measurements easy for anyone.

Two thresholds, upper and lower limits, can be set for three levels of judgment: +NG/OK/ -NG.
Highly accurate detection with ±0.5μm repeatability enables seat confirmation and class identification.

Simply place the master workpiece or shim between the seating surface and the workpiece and press the master set button to complete setting.
Anyone can easily set the threshold value, thus eliminating variation in setting values among different operators.

Supply air self-diagnostic function

The self-diagnostic function outputs an alarm when an error occurs in the air supply pressure.
It notifies you of insufficient pressure, pressure fluctuation while the sensor is in use, and excessive pressure.
